8 to 8: State of Creative Emergency is an initiative shaped by artist Blanka Amezkua, where creative minds are invited to construct and realize a unique project and execute it for 12 hours straight; from 8am to 8pm while encouraging public participation.
All projects are created in their entirety by the participating artist, or creative mind. 8 to 8 serves as support for the artists, publicity aid, and documentation for the overall creative projects. All projects are open and free to the public.
