For the last years the silhouettes created by the placement of my body (arms raised and hands joined and wearing different garments) in a multitude of corners in urban and rural environments have been the central theme in my work.

I have been creating these silhouettes, and dividing them to create other shapes, using a variety of media, such as paper, painting, and textile work.  The silhouettes are then given titles such as Form 1 or Form 2, etc. simply as a matter of distinction.  Recently, I had the pleasure of collaborating with Mexican artisans in the creation of a series of works where the artisans incorporated their own styles within some of the Forms.
