Continuing his line of work which explores physical sensations and feelings; in this body of work he turned his attention to the feeling of boredom.  Boredom is defined as an emotional state that is experienced when an individual is left without anything in particular to do and is not interested in his/her surroundings.  Boredom weighs a lot as do the thoughts that go along with it.  Boredom is something that does not give you space to improvise and leaves you asking yourself: will you come out victorious from that apathy?  How will you do it?  His kitchen has become a way to escape the feelings he is working on.

He expresses himself through single-channel video, video installation, and mixed media works.  His pieces have been shown and exhibited nationally and internationally in places such as the International Festival of Video Art in Valencia in the Sala Parpalló; Animal Gallery in Chile, Local Project, ApexArt, Queens Museum of Art, he took part in the Pool Art Fair in NYC, Academy of Spain in Rome, Nowhere Gallery in Milan, etc.  Antonio is also the initiator of Under the Subway Video Art Night.  Antonio Ortuño, hails from Spain and lives and works in New York City.
